CAB have won a new contract to carry out enabling works in preparation for the  new Tesco Store  in Carluke, South Lanarkshire for Advance Construction Scotland who were awarded the groundworks package by Barr Retail.

The project involves the provision of earthworks, bulk modification, a stabilised vibro piling platform and capping replacement at Carluke’s former Loch Park Stadium site.

These initial works provided by CAB will prepare the site  for building work on the 4000 square metre store which could create around 200 local jobs.

This latest tender adds to CAB’s growing client base across Scotland with the works being overseen from the company’s recently opened Scottish regional office in Glasgow.
