In conjunction with CAB’s tender win from Graham Construction at Lagan College the company have also been contracted by Graham to provide works at Torbank College (Dundonald, N Ireland).

The foundation solution will be implemented by CAB for the new school building. Graham Construction, supported by lead designers BDP will be responsible for the design and build of the new schools.

Torbank School currently caters for around 200 children with extreme specialist educational needs and under the project will relocate to a new build facility on a green field site, a short distance from the existing site.

This project at Torbank is part of the £35m Lagan College & Torbank Special School PPP Project in which Graham achieved preferred bidder status.
