It involves the provisions of a new Harbour and Marina, together with enhanced public and community amenities, backed by residential and retail development.

Challenges & Achievements:

During every project CAB undertakes we are always aware that working within budget and on deadline is of paramount importance to the client. In the case of the work we completed for Lagan Sisk on the Greystone’s Harbour Project we delivered 3 weeks early, pleasing the whole CAB team and our client greatly.
