CAB’s landfill engineering works, both as a subcontractor and principal contractor, has been an important development area for the company. Our wide range of services include large earthwork excavations to create cell voids, the placement of drainage systems both below formation for water table control and as part of the leachate chemical control within the drainage blanket of the cell. We also provide cell lining with associated membranes and geotextiles, capping works which include regulating to design, lining, remediation with gas monitoring and extraction systems. As part of projects, when required, CAB provide supporting infrastructure construction works such as concrete haul roads, pipe work support buildings, extraction and monitoring towers.
